This is my first GPS range finder and it has helped me a lot know yardages and instead of guessing it gives me front middle and back on top of carry over water corners of dog legs and able to adjust pin placements and get dialed in yardages fully charged I get three rounds off of full charge and then the app you download to your phone with it gives you all the feed back I need or want highly recommended I play on a mini tour and we are allowed to have these and glad I do takes the guess work out of it

Like the simple method of entering a card and the simple stats. I’m not big on strokes gained and lost but like track driving accuracy and putts per hole. These stats are simple to read and understand. If you are big on analytics may not be best app for that. One thing would like is for it be compatible with Apple Watch. I use the Pro XE range finder and when play around my home city if fine as I know the courses and this when take driver or less than driver from tee. An Apple Watch Version would give some good basic GPS on a watch that can give the basic distance and hazard data when playing a course not as familiar with and help with club selection off tee to get you in best position off the tee.
Great app, but a battery hog if you don’t force close it

This app has worked flawlessly for me, which is impressive considering the app has to be in constant communication with the speaker to get updated ranges.However, the background activity never stops, even when you’re not connected to the speaker or playing a round. So if I don’t force quit the app after a round my battery dies noticing quicker. The battery history shows Bushnell has the majority energy user with 24 hours of background activity in the last 24 hours.I can appreciate the complexity of getting a consistent connection between Wingman and app, but this just feels a bit negligent…especially for people less tech savvy.

For over a year now since this new app came out, I have been unable to use my Bushnell Golf wingman speaker. I have removed the legacy app from my phone. In the Bluetooth settings, I told my phone to forget the device, and I follow the instructions in the new app yet the app will not recognize my speaker, making my purchase useless. He can play music, but without connecting to the app and reading yardage to you. This is an overpriced piece of garbage. There is no tech support. No one responds to my emails and I’m at my wits end. There is no way I can be the only one this is happened to. I have even tried to reconnect via Bluetooth from phone settings before attempting to link to the app, and still no use. If a resolution is not made soon as I’ve patiently waited for months I will be contacting attorney for a class action case this is ridiculous
