A calmer, clearer workout journal. Return to your familiar Calendar, keep your place, and log every kind of movement without rigid rules.
Anyletics is a flexible workout journal that makes every kind of movement easy to capture.
From walking, swimming, yoga, and strength training to activities uniquely your own, you do not need to fit your day into a rigid workout plan. Just log what you did in a few taps.
Use presets to quickly bring back activities you repeat, and add schedules or reminders only when they help. Keep it simple with a name and duration, or add as much detail as you like—including intensity, location, measurements, notes, how your body felt, and your mood afterward.
As your journal grows, it reveals more than totals. See which days and times you tend to move, which activities you return to, and how your body and mood change along the way. Anyletics insights are designed for understanding, not competition or judgment.
With Anyletics, you can:
• Log any movement using a name that feels natural
• Reuse presets for faster repeat entries
• Plan recurring activities and optional reminders
• Review workouts by date in a clear journal
• Record activity type, day, time, intensity, and measurements
• Reflect on body feeling and post-workout mood
• Discover gentle patterns in your movement
• Back up and restore your data
Core workout logging remains free. An optional one-time Lifetime Pro purchase removes ads and unlocks unlimited presets and schedules, additional themes and icons, and deeper insights. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Instead of judging whether a workout was good enough, simply record how you moved today. Anyletics helps you discover a pace and rhythm that feel like your own.
This used to be a nice, simple, straight forward app that allowed one to record exercise. My only complaint was that it was hard to read because it would only show a month at a time. When they changed the name, they made it much more complicated and didn’t carry data forward. I’m back to looking for an easy exercise log that won’t tell me what to do, but just let me record what I did.

Thank you for using the app, and we’re sorry this update made it feel less simple and made your records appear missing. Version 4.0.2 includes recovery for records saved by the previous app. We’ve also submitted version 4.0.3, which returns existing users to the familiar Calendar first and remembers the last tab used. The added features remain optional—you can still simply record what you did. If your earlier records do not return after updating, please contact us through the support link so we can help.

didn't realize how few reviews this app has before purchasing it. didn't think an app with such a simple concept could be bad. my mistake as you can’t even minimize the on-screen keyboard to click “enter” so the whole thing is essentially useless.

We are very sorry about the inconvenience. We will make sure to provide better service with constant updates.
Great App! Minor Glitches
l0vegaby
This app is amazing and is exactly what I was looking for for simple workout planning and logging and seeing at a glance what types of workouts I’ve done on different days.I would’ve given it 5 stars but it does have a tendency to glitch randomly (nothing serious just like I click on a day and it won’t show me the workout so I have to expand the calendar and click again or randomly a workout’s rectangle will add way to much space but it goes away when I click update) Besides those minor glitches the app is amazing
Great, simple app

I love the simplicity of this app- does exactly what I want it to. The only reason I’m giving it 4 ⭐️ instead of 5 is the app doesn’t seem to correctly recognise activities that are the same in monthly breakdown screen. For example I have done 3 activities that week logged as “yoga” but on the summary screen they display as different activities. If this was fixed it would be 5⭐️
Developer Response
First of all, thank you for reaching out and providing us with valuable feedback. This app can classify your activities and this feature allows you to review them accurately. It lies on the settings page, but we realized the access is not intuitive. We are modifying the path to this function to be possible on the first screen. Please, wait for our upcoming version update! :-)
• Corrected language metadata so the App Store recognizes both English and Korean support.
