As others have said, the app is rudimentary and clunky. Doesn’t really come close to the slick apps we’re all used to nowadays. Hope the app improves because the gym (Santa Monica) is probably the best I’ve been a member of and has a very reasonable price for the area.

I signed up for a membership this weekend, and had no issues logging in to the app. It asked me my home location and had me create an account linked to my membership barcode. From there I was able to book a personal training session and register for a yoga class same-day! The past reviews on here were so bad that it almost turned me off of a membership altogether. I was afraid I’d have to call every day for class schedules, etc. 😅

Not sure when was the last time they updated their app. Don’t get me wrong, you can book classes but (1) does not sync to any calendar—idk what developers RSG GROUP uses but every other studio and gym has a functioning app that seamlessly syncs with your Google Calendar / iCal etc (2) the interface switches between new and old (3) not sure why the “Activity” nav doesn’t automatically sync w your classes? (4) takes forever to load anything (5) did I mention that it doesnt sync w your phone calendar? 👎🏽

I am unable to login with my email and password as it tells me "Your account has an incorrect home club. Please contact support." What support? I tried emailing and calling and nothing. The app is completely useless if I can't login. Expect better for the price paid. Get a decent app developer... you should just have an Apple wallet ID like Golds or Crunch.
