This app is the most resourceful app I’ve ever used. You’re able to send questions directly to your doctors and they respond quickly with answers. You can request meds and get responses once they’re sent to pharmacy. It has all your appointments listed whether it’s doctor, physical therapy, surgery, etc.. It’s a quick reference if you’re out and need to know what’s scheduled on your calendar already and/or your history of your health.

I relocated outside of Bourbonnais and chose to keep my medical providers. I don’t regret that decision. I have caring, attentive doctors, PAs and NPs that spend the time to understand your needs and concerns and direct an action plan that benefits you.The facilities are clean, my appointments start on time and parking is not a hassle like in Chicago. It’s worth it to me to make the drive for a stress free experience.

I’m always pleased with Riverside Drs, PA’s, customer service Representatives, and front desk who always go beyond the call of duty. I’ve been a patient for over 30 years and the patience, dedication, loyalty, and all around professionalism is immeasurable. I’m happy to be a part of this hospital community and very grateful that I can express my experiences!

My doctors at Riverside seem to check for a lot of stuff. They have certainly saved my life a time or two. I am 58 and I feel as good as I did 30 years ago , minus my knee, which is getting replaced in 2 weeks. Thank you all!
