The app definitely needs to be worked on. For example , under “experience” , the app doesn’t scroll down so you can’t see what you’re typing because it’s covered by the keyboard.
Worst app I’ve ever used

This app doesn’t function at all. It’s all glitch. It’s incredibly poorly done. Everything that should be simple is made needlessly difficult and confusing and is riddled with contradictory information and impossible to follow instructions. On top of that it constantly threatens you that if you do anything slightly wrong it will charge you fees or withhold your payment. When you work a gig job here you have to fill out many extremely complicated and confusing forms on several different websites that are similarly glitchy which makes the whole process almost impossible to do correctly. These forms take about another hour of extra unpaid labor to fill out and you have to do them for each day you work or they threaten to withhold your payment. I have never had to fill out any complicated forms like this at any other gig job I’ve ever done in the past so it’s not like it’s the standard necessary forms, it’s just unnecessary labor. I have done a lot of gig work and used several apps and websites to do so and never have I had the displeasure of using an app as bad as this. Hire more people with unnatural colored hair on your development team or something cause this app just straight up doesn’t work. I don’t know how it even got released let alone how any businesses went along with using it. I will not be working any jobs that require this app in the future. Using this app was so bad it made the gig which otherwise would have been enjoyable and worthwhile into something miserable and not worth the pay for the labor and difficulty involved.

I have to use this app for my job and it literally never works. It crashes constantly, notifications are wack, and sometimes it just won’t allow you to log in for DAYS at a time.There is no way to get help or issues resolved. Their listed number is a voicemail box that is never checked. Their email is just an info line, not customer support. I’ve even gone as far as DMing them on Instagram and have gotten zero help. As someone who has worked help desk this is insane. If I am somehow missing the help section or knowledge base after scouring the website, I really hope the developer reaches out to guide me to it. Should be able to give negative stars. I’ve never written an app review this is how bad the app and support is.

Big fan. Great customer support and great people running the company. They’re new, so there will likely be a glitch or two but since it’s a small company they are quick to respond and fix issues. Very helpful app for my company’s scheduling and payroll.
