The Kjarni app provides employees with easy access to various information from the Kjarni HR and payroll system and enables communication between employees and the employer.
Employee access to the app’s features depends on how the employer uses Kjarni. The app allows users to search for colleagues by name, job title, phone number, etc. Users can also view their basic and payroll information and review their work-related documents. All vacation information and vacation requests are available as well. In addition, the app offers time tracking and clock-in/out functions, applications for various grants, requests, and training programs.
All processing of personal data in the Kjarni app is the responsibility of the employer. The use of the Kjarni app is also governed by Origo ehf.’s terms of use.
