Initially after downloading, I thought I chose the incorrect app because it seemed a replica of the website. However, I prefer this app because of the quick view without login, ability to see my pending transactions and also my note lines for my transfer. My only complains so far, with the prior app it was easier to choose between accounts from the drop down menu then finger swipe and your in. With this app, I have to enter both username then password for the other account, then easy access is granted, so it’s more time consuming.Otherwise, it was an improvement and enjoying.
App crashes all the time
Brief observations
I cannot access my account due to the fact that the app crashes every time I try to open it. So now I have to call JMFCU or go to an atm to check my balance and transactions. Huge inconvenience, the old app worked better.

The new app looks like the web version, if I wanted to use the web version...I WOULD USE THE WEB!!! I like the old app better because it was simplistic and easy! Please change it back.

This app is not as functional as the old one. I like to easily pivot between accounts. This app does not allow that. PLEASE change it back
