While I logged into the app it’s showing to update the app but while I go for update the app from appstore it’s showing already updated to latest version. And can’t access to the app for that mandatory update pop up page

I have been using an Alap IP mobile number, but the service is highly disappointing. Calls from other GSM operators (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, etc.) consistently fail when trying to reach my Alap IP number. This is not just a minor inconvenience—it makes the number almost unusable for business and emergency communication.A mobile number is supposed to provide reliable connectivity, but Alap IP fails to deliver even the most basic expectation: receiving calls from other networks. This creates serious trust issues, especially when people try to contact me urgently but cannot get through.I strongly urge Alap IP to immediately resolve this interconnection failure with GSM operators. Without fixing this issue, customers cannot depend on the service, and it damages the brand’s reputation. Until then, I cannot recommend Alap IP mobile numbers to anyone who values reliability and proper connectivity.

Been using this app since the launching day, it crashes a lot, has a lot of bugs, it worked fine for the first few days and then the bugs started appearing. At first it would take 2-3 clicks to make a call but as time passed, it completely stopped working, i wanted to see if they fixed it after the update but they didnt. I even recharged my account with a huge amount as i thought the issue was fixed but till this day whenever i press the paid call, the app crashes. Very unprofessional approach of BTCL.

The UI is very clean. The design of the app is very simple and minimalist. Still there are some bugs. Hopefully, they will solve those problems in the next update. There are some very helpful features like call recording, burn message (disappearing message), schedule send etc. Thumbs up for BTCL.
