App is broken
01/28/2025
naterpotatoers
Has been broken for several months. I used to order from their old app 1-2x per week but they overhauled the app sometime last year and now you cannot sign in. I have ordered through the browser a few times since but it was annoying on mobile. But now the mobile browser doesn’t work either after several month hiatus. I literally can’t sign in to order which is required for online ordering

Developer Response
Hi naterpotatoers, sorry to hear you are having issues. Our app has been updated like many other companies due to fraudulent accounts. if you are having issues creating or accessing an account please email us at guestcomment@deli-d.com. We would love to make this right!

App not accepted at all store
12/31/2025
Ashlan and Blythe store
I place an advance order in the app and an hour later the store did not get my order. Even with the store confirmation on the order the store refuse to fill my order. The male employee said the app is not connected with store then why have a deli delicious app if this doesn’t not connected with store listed. I’m not sure it was shady. The employee didn’t even look and was dismissive.

Developer Response
Thank you for sharing this, and I’m very sorry for the frustration and poor experience you had with your advance order and with the way you were treated in the store. All Deli Delicious locations are set up to receive orders placed through the app, so your order should have been visible and handled at the store; it sounds like there may have been an issue at the store level in this case, and we’ll be addressing that with the team. The dismissive interaction you described is not the level of service we expect from our staff, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can coach and correct.

App and website DO NOT WORK

Your website and ordering platform, both online and through the app, is horrible! Online, I click on the sandwich type, chicken, then it takes me to the chicken sandwich options. Then when I click on the one I want, it takes me back to the previous page. Over and over again. On the app, I am trying to reset my password and after clicking on the link in the email, the webpage NEVER loads.I want to order online or through the app so I can take advantage of the deli delicious promotion that’s starts today, which requires to order online, but I can’t! Please get someone to fix this!

Many Login Issues

I have tried multiple times to login, change my password, reboot etc. but nothing works. I had no problem with the website and it uses a different password! So frustrating because you can only use the coupons on the app which I can’t get into.

Developer Response
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear you’re having trouble logging in and when you’re unable to access your coupons.Could you please make sure your email address is verified in the app? Sometimes, the app requires a bit more information than the website, which could be causing the login trouble. If the problem persists, would you mind providing your contact details or any error messages you’re receiving? This will help us investigate your account more effectively and get you back in as quickly as possible.
