I have tried several other workout apps and programs and I can honestly say that this app is the BEST! You can tell that Andrea has put SO much thought and care into it! I have been using this app since it first came out in January 2021 and I have seen such an improvement in my mind, body, and soul, and that isn’t an exaggeration! Andrea gives you all of the tools you need to start believing in yourself so that you can make AMAZING progress physically, but also improve your mindset so that you can continue pushing forward and not give up on yourself! The team has been so responsive in answering any questions I have and I can tell they truly care! I have never felt like I am alone on this journey! The Macro Calculator is also amazing and has really helped me to dial in on my nutrition so that I can make better decisions so that my body is getting the nutrients it needs without being restrictive! The app also has DELICIOUS macro friendly recipes and great resources to help you succeed with counting your macros! I could go on and on but long story short, THIS IS THE ONLY FITNESS APP YOU WILL EVER NEED!! Andrea is constantly adding new features to the app and finding ways to continue making it the best that it can be! I have recommended it to everyone I know and I will continue to do so! ❤️❤️💪🏻💪🏻

I am a college student with little time and little resources. So I found myself trying to come up effective workouts that create results, but I learned I just didn’t have the time to sit down and figure it out myself or the money to hire a private coach, sooo I decided to take the brave step and invest the few dollars a month to be a part of this community and put the workouts to the test! Wow, can I just way woooooow! I love that the hardest part is showing up. Once you do, everything is planned out for you. I have been following the workouts and following the macros it calculated for me, and I have seen results better than any other method I’ve tried. IT DOESNT STOP THERE. MAMELE isn’t just an app, it’s a community. I love that I can workout on my own at my own pace withAndrea as my coach….then go to the community Facebook page to be inspired by other women who are trying to find their path and power! Andrea does an amazing job of teaching you how to take care of yourself in all areas of life not just physically and teaches that we should be proud of what our bodies are capable of no matter what stage we are in! I love challenge months and all of the mental strength I’m able to gain through the Facebook lives and daily activities. Reading books that Andrea recommends like, “The High 5 Habit” and “Atomic Habits” along with all of the podcasts, and journaling prompts; truly bring fire to my soul and set me up for success mentally! Do I like that I’ve gained muscle and lost some weight? Of course I do! I’m freaking proud of how far I’ve come! But what has truly been the most fulfilling for me has been learning that I am capable and that I am in control of who and what I want to be and become! After trying weights and giving myself time to learn proper form I have fallen in love with weight training! Something I never thought I’d say! But let me just tell you I’ll never go back to strictly cardio again!Thank you Andrea and the Mamele team for creating a community and program that empowers and supports women to progress towards their best selfs physically AND mentally! So grateful for this community of people I can call friends!

The mamele app has truly changed the fitness game for me. I have tried countless other fitness apps and NOTHING COMPARES! I feel so confident in my workouts at the gym and LOVE the changes I have noticed since using her program. In previous apps I have used I would get SO tired of the repetitive workouts throughout the weeks. The mamele app fixed that for me, no more repetitive workouts and I am thriving because of it! I seriously look forward to my workouts everyday because they’re so fun and challenging. Andrea also includes modifications and form instructions for every move which truly makes this app a space for both beginners and those advanced in fitness. I also love that the mamele app has so much to offer. Not only is it my workout program but it’s my macro calculator, my go to for healthy recipes, my journal/goal setting space, my stopwatch timer, and my progress tracker all in one. The app seriously just keeps getting better and better as Andrea continues to add more amazing features. I cannot recommend mamele enough. Truly the best thing I have ever purchased for myself.
