NEW — POLYRHYTHM MODE
Two hands, two counts inside one beat. 3 against 2 is open here, the one every musician meets first — and it is the whole mode, not a taste of it: four stages, from one hand alone up to both at speed, each one scored.
- Two tap zones, one for each hand. Every hand is scored on its own, so you can see which one is drifting and by how much.
- Read the cycle as notation or as two turning rings — the same exercise, whichever way makes it click for you.
- Give each hand its own instrument, so the two lines stay apart by ear.
- Practice runs the cycle over and over and lets the tempo follow your hands: up a step when the cycle comes out clean, back down when it doesn't. Sessions here run five minutes.
- Polyrhythm accuracy is kept apart from your rhythm statistics: it trains a different skill and belongs in its own tally.
RHYTHM TRAINING
Rhythm is an app that uses flash cards to develop a sense of rhythm. The exercises and classes in the app will help you gradually learn to recognize and play rhythmic patterns at different tempos. Training sessions are graded from beginner to advanced levels in simple, complex, and irregular time signatures. With regular practice, these drills will help you learn to read notes and rhythm from a sheet of music. Classes with a metronome and a drum kit will help children and beginners learn complex musical drills.
If you play guitar, piano, bass guitar, or drums, you can choose your favorite musical instrument in the settings. If you are looking for a replacement coach, teacher, teacher, music tutor, then our apps will help you:
- learn to read musical notes;
- develop a sense of rhythm;
- accurately play rhythm by rhythmic patterns;
- develop musical and rhythmic hearing;
In the app, you can create worksheets with tasks, taking into account the skills of the student and the accuracy of playing a musical instrument. Both beginners and advanced, experienced musicians and performers will be able to practice the rhythm. If you want to learn music theory, then try our app. This app will become your personal trainer, tutor in the world of music.

This is a great little tool to work on subdivision and consistency. I use it as a morning warmup for my mind and fingers. As a string player, it’s great for left hand timing by going through with each finger. I do this on my instrument but it’s nice to have the app for early and late in the day since I’m in an apartment. While all the rhythms in the app are simple, it’s great for subdivisions and showing tendencies.Overall the app is simple and easy to use. It is both entertaining and addicting with a variety of sounds to choose (my favorite is the strings pizz). In this app I like that you see your errors and the degree to which you are early or late. I also like that there isn’t a score, but a word like “metronome”, “virtuoso”, and some not as good like “arm chair drummer”. It gives the app a unique charm.Despite the bug fixes, I still experience latency issues with regular and Bluetooth earbuds but without there is no problem.This app is great for beginners or even pros if you only go for green. This app is also free with very little ads. Download it!
Really Neat App

I really like how simple it is and how easy it is to pick up!! The simplicity makes the app enjoyable and being able to change what rhythms and tempo used makes it feel personalized. However, I used to like the funny insults that were on it—before a recent update changed that —and was wondering if there could be a setting to enable or disable them at will?
Great tool

I really like how this one lets you customize which types of note you’ll get. And to shuffle of the exercises.It also offers much more precise measuring than other apps.
Great app

I’m a beginner flute player and keeping time is probably my biggest struggle. This app helps me but I wish there was a way to purchase opting out of ads. So I took one star away because of the ads. Please change this. So annoying!!!!!!!
The crash is fixed. The cause was a single sample in the sound bank: the grand piano's middle C looped past its own last frame, which is why it hit the piano sound hardest. The app no longer closes in the middle of an exercise.
The line after an exercise now talks about the attempt, not about you. "A little off", "Running ahead", "Count out loud" — nothing there is an insult any more, and they are translated into every language the app speaks.
Statistics has been rebuilt. At the top, the share you hit on target and one sentence about which side you miss on; below it the polyrhythm records — the fastest clean tempo you have held, for every ratio and every stage — which finally have somewhere to appear.
Also fixed: the instrument you picked is saved again, and the timers of a stopped exercise no longer keep running.
