CoinMe looks good in purchasing and withdrawing bitcoin instantly (trading). But yet your company, websites and app claims your fees are low. I honestly got shocked when I lost $400+ in purchasing $2,700 of bitcoin and sending to another wallet address, I couldn’t find this reasonable. I like the app as it’ll be very convenient, pleasant and useful for your customers if you strengthen your (in app purchases and it’s fee) put legit computerized miners (blockchain) to automatically calculate fees when purchasing/sending out. Sensibly fees should be automatically charged in every transaction with the help of (fees calculator or other useful options like (increase/lower fees). Most apps get lost and steal money from fees cutovers don’t understand. Please work on this issue.

Stay away from Coinme! They will steal your money! I purchased some LTC, immediately sent it to another wallet, and they only sent a very small portion of the amount I purchased - and my balance is at $0. I am an accountant and I purchase and transfer LTC regularly so I know what I am doing and what I am talking about. I submitted a ticket and the asinine response I received was because of the market value at the time yet market rates are easily verified and there was no drop in rate even close to what would account for the money they stole from me! There is no customer service and their “chat” option is with a bot. They claim to be able to transfer you to a human agent but they transfer you to a form that doesn’t even give an option to leave comments. Then, after a few days someone will respond and then they mark the issue as resolved. Their customer service doesn’t even understand what virtual currency is - good luck with getting a resolution to any issues you have. Go to the BBB - there are hundreds of other complaints just like mine! These people are dishonest scammers hiding behind the computer! Stay away! Hopefully the authorities get involved after we get a group of dissatisfied customers together and fight to get our money back! Stay away!

I want to leave this review to let everyone know to stay far away from this app. All the replies by Coinme to the 1 star reviews are just for show. They have the worst customer service and will not respond! I’ve had a case open since November of last year for $400 that they took from me and they haven’t responded once. I then filed with the Better Business Bureau and they wouldn’t respond to them either, so the BBB had to close my case with them. Two weeks ago I opened a second case about my open first case and they have yet to respond to that one either. There are better companies to use, do not use Coinme. They will take your money and do nothing to help you get it back. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.I see the developer responded on where to go to get help with an issues on their site. Apparently they didn’t read my review as I know where to go. I have 2 cases open with you, the issues are your lack of response (literally zero response), the fact that you took my money 93 days ago & still have my money.

So yesterday I came across this app and sent some coins to here to my ltc wallet address. They never showed up in the coin me app. I checked the transaction thinking maybe it takes more confirmations and it is slow today. No it was fully confirmed and then shockingly it appears the coins were sent from that address out to two separate addresses. Of course none of this is reflected in the coin me app it simply shows no activity. Support gave me generic responses and told me the proper department is looking into it. I started looking around and disturbingly found many people online posting reviews with the exact same story as me. This really baffles me so apparently all these people are sending crypto into their coin me wallets and not getting the money and it’s being seemingly stolen and sent elsewhere yet this shady company continues to operate like nothing is wrong. It’s not right and I’m writing this review with the thinking that maybe it will stop just 1 person like me from sending coins here.
