The following changes all relate to the Shift Details page. Employees can be set as Supervisor. Employees can be set for Create Own Docket. You will only see this if it is switched on for your employer. Shifts for Union Jobs only allow selection of Employees with a current Union membership. This only applies if it is switched on for your employer. On the Shift Details tab, a Tap-to-Call link and button have been added to the Site Contact.

Shift List, Employee Filter added. Shift Edit page, Internal Hire tick box added to Vehicles and Arrow Boards.  Once Allocated these records cannot be deleted.  The Internal Hire tick box will only be visible if your company uses the Asset Hire module. Shift Edit page, an Employee who is confirmed can now be deleted.  As part of this process, the employee can be made Unavailable for the current shift and future shifts.  Switchable feature; only available if switched on for your company.

Traffic Controllers are now shown for each Shift on the home page. When adding Employees to a Shift, there is now an Override Induction switch in the filters. Whether this switch is visible or not is based on the Depot’s Allow Induction Override switch. When adding Employees to a Shift, the Employee phone numbers and a call button are now available in the Employee lookup list.

• The Depot Start time is optional if your organisation has the setting “default meet at site” turned on. • Employee to Employee Bans created in the website version of TC Schedule are now honoured when scheduling on this app.
