App not ready

We purchased this for our company and was told they could take our forms and make them fully digital and functional. A year later our service was up for renewal and we never got the app implemented because the forms weren’t finished. This takes a lot of form customization or you have to wait until the reps can help. Meanwhile, our rep left and nobody was there to pick up our service. Not a good look when comparing to Raken or Procore.

Changing instead of fixing

This app has a ton of bugs, yet the devs feel the need to make appearance and functionality changes instead of fixing issues. Users shouldn’t have to be resetting the app constantly to make it work. Why would they remove the ability to submit multiple timesheets at once? So many issues.

Just a waste of time app

This app just has so many different options that I had call tech support and they never answer or get a call back this app is not ready to function 100%
