When I first got the game it worked fine. Sometimes when I would accept new tasks, they wouldn’t show up, and I would just reload the app. At one point the cloud things covered areas that I’d already unlocked and some things wouldn't merge. I tried reloading the app and even my device, but to no avail. I deleted and reinstalled the app and (as expected) my progress was erased. I just kept going from there and got much further than the first time. The same strange glitch ruined my progress once again. I love this game, but this glitch keeps ruining it. I really want to keep playing this game, but I don’t want to start over. There is also a glitch with the computer things that drop the headphones. I don’t know what it is called because the information page for that item doesn’t work. The image for the item also just shows up as a blue square.I really hope you all see this and can work to fix these glitches.Thanks!Edit: I opened the game after the new update, and so far everything is functioning perfectly. I play a lot of merge games, they’re my favorite style. This game has so much potential but I find it extremely frustrating compared to many others. So many experience stars pop out that are worth so little that the board fills up so quickly. Have less stars pop out but make them worth more. Also the graphic of coins that shows at least 12 is worth ONLY THREE?? A gold bar is worth 7 coins? Come on. Stop being so cheap. Your max of merged experience is lower than every other game. Another big issue I see if that the generators don’t regenerate until they’re fully out of stock. So when I close the app and come back two hours later expecting full generators, I get only a couple items before then being made to wait for over an hour. That’s not fair, especially if I stopped playing because I ran out of energy and couldn’t deplete a generator. I hope the issues I listed are taken into consideration because I enjoy the game despite everything and only wish to enjoy it moreso.

This game lags pretty bad at times. Its a pain to be dragging something to merge, exp is notorious for it, and have it glitch and say it was double clicked and activated something that i didnt want to claim. Another really annoying part is dialogue being cut off to make room for a friggin purchase pack. I cant finish reading what characters are saying but hold on i can get a gold bar and 2 energy for 2.99 instead of getting more of the storyline. But wait theres more. It needed an update the other day, which is fine. Dont mind that. What aggrovated me was what happened after the update. My game started itself over, completly. I was on day 6-7 and was at level 13-15. It erased everything for 24 hours without a way to recover the account. The next day i had to redownload the update and then things worked fine. Had it not fixed itself i would have been much more upset. The game constantly replays itself. I will play during my break at work and get so far only to come back next break two hour later and be in a spot BEFORE i was the previous break and have to do everything over again that had been played hours before. Including replaying diolague, item merging, generaters not being refilled because the game said they were not used in the first place, energy not being restored or quest not completed. Not happy with the game so delete it goes.

There are several merge games but this one is by far the best. I have been playing it for some time and never found myself stuck having to pay. A great experience on its own. What is even more phenomenal is their customer support. Having migrated to a new phone, I had issues. They quickly responded to my email and solved my issue in less than 24 hours. So impressed!
