My temperature censor has become offline. I reset the censor and add it to the application again. But it becomes visible for a couple of seconds and then it goes offline again. Removing battery and placing it back again makes my sensor visible in application for a couple of seconds and then it goes offline. So there is no connection problem with my router. It seems like the application is not correctly capturing data when censor goes online. The same situation is when I press once the reset button on the censor. It goes online immediately and shows the correct temperature, then goes offline and there is no history. Not sure if this an application error or censor malfunction

I have the smart ceiling lights in my house - 7 to be exact - and every time I open the app some are offline and some aren’t. I have to turn them off and on again to get them to reconnect to my wifi. And when they are connected, in the device info on the app says the signal strength is strong. I have a mesh wifi system and my smart lights have their own separate wifi network specific for them along with high speed fiber internet so I know the problem isn’t my wifi setup. But the most frustrating thing of all, is the voice control with Alexa. I’ve connected the CozyLife skill, and even though I can control the lights (when they’re actually online) just fine from the app, but I tell Alexa to control one and Alexa tells me the device isn’t responding or is “unreachable”. I’ve done through all the troubleshooting steps and came to the conclusion that it isn’t Alexa, it isn’t my internet/wifi, it isn’t me, it’s CozyLife. And forget about submitting a help ticket on the support section of the app. It’s been a month now and nobody has reached out in response to the many help tickets I’ve submitted. Do yourself a favor and return whatever you bought that requires this app and buy something compatible with the smartlife app.

My smart plug is crashing after last update. Worked wonderfully well before the update. Now it works only a few times & then says no connection. I then reinstall it & it does the same thing. I also have 2 of the wifi thermometers & they still work perfectly. Hoping this problem with the plug can be fixed because I really like using these items in my greenhouse & if im away i can check temp in the app& if to hot i could turn on the fan plugged into the smart plug from anywhere.

I have been using this app for many years now and it worked fine with the smart sockets that I purchased. Now I would like to add more smart devices to it but am unsure what devices are compatible. The smart sockets were of no particular brand and when I looked them up to find more information about them and who makes them it led me to a dead end. I was curious what could be connected to this app like speakers and cameras or just switches and lights? Otherwise good simple interface and good options to interact with. The automation is precise and useful.
