Need to add ticket to wallet

The app is ok, but lots of room for improvement. It’s not easy to access your ticket (and sometimes says you don’t have one), so you should be able to add it to your wallet. Also, when I switch to it, most of the time it says “login failed” for no reason. Finally, using Apple Pay does not work. I tried repeatedly, but just ended up entering my credit card details manually. It’s a good start though, and the metro is fantastic.

The app is better than it was earlier in 2023. It is a bit useful now, but here is the issue. Let’s say I want to go to “mr Biryani ” Resturant in riyadh. I cannot use the app to find where the place is, not even where the street it is on is ! This map makes the worst assumption: the user knows the roads of riyadh ! Again I think it is essential for the app to be able to be used like a google map. I wish you the best

The app needs to recognize that as the RPT said “the buses connect you to the metro, and the metro gets you around Riyadh.” Why is it saying I have to walk 20mins to the station instead of using the very bus route made for this exact scenario?

I have downloaded the app and managed to register my iqama and phone number. The registration was confirmed in few days, so wait a while.The app works well, routes and stops are visible and your current location as well. Bus Timetables are visible if the station is in operation. Lot of stations is not operated yet.The navigation is linked to bus stations not to your current position: you must pick the start and end stations. It is not user-friendly and should be fixed if possible.The online ticket purchase using credit card works well.All the best to this app coders for good job done.
