The new version of the app is outstanding and fixes my longstanding complaint about the prior version, which was that it didn’t work properly with Face ID because it tried to sign you back in immediately when you logged off. It no longer does that. That improvement alone makes me very happy, but aside from that, the new app gives you a lot more information on one screen and is thus more convenient.

This app stopped working (AGAIN) (and AGAIN)

One week ago, I was unable to open the app. This has remained the status ever since. According to this product page, my iPhone 8 is still being serviced by the app — which is contrary to what an ignorant, dismissive online banking rep in the bank told me. Why is this app not working for me? It’s so frustrating. UPDATE For about a month, the app has worked. I don’t know why it did. NOW (08 October 2024) It’s stopped working again. I “download” it, but then when I try to open it… nothing. It’s hung up. Nothing happens for long minutes and then it just stops. What’s going on? My phone is an iPhone 8 and my OS is up-to-date.And ten days later (18 Oct 2024) this app, once again, hangs for long minutes and then stops trying to connect with the server when I try to log in. My Wi-Fi is strong. It’s really annoying. What’s happening?

Log in is a breeze, mobile check deposit is easy and works well, what more do you need? Moved out of state and can still fully rely on B&H for all my banking needs. Excellence all around at one of America’s oldest banks that continues to thrive through the Great Depression, Great Recession and ongoing economic crises. We should reward small, local, responsible banks like this rather than go to Mega Banks who are over-invested in IT, where employees and customers are all just a number.

Excellence all around at one of America’s oldest banks that continues to thrive through the Great Depression, Great Recession and ongoing economic crises. I am a longtime customer of this bank and I love this bank and this app. This app allows you to transfer money to and from external accounts. It also allows you to tag and categorize your transactions to attach a photo to each transaction. It is easy and quick to search through the transactions define just what you want.
