All I get is registrations and when I click register it tells me I have an account. But there isn’t an option to log in. Only a registration option. Pile of trash. I click use google and get the same registration page, click Apple ID and get the same. There isn’t a login option. Just add a login button or a password reset option or something. Why have an app if its unusable? This is the 3rd time I have tried the app, and had to just call. I went with Wingstop many other times and will most likely do it this time too. Fix your app.

Max, at the Windsor restaurant, was just amazing to My Husband and I on Friday afternoon. He makes good Micheladas and his personality is so much fun. He treats everybody with respect and kindness. He’s always smiling and very knowledgeable about the menu. He needs to be at the bar working as much as possible as he is just a joy to talk to. I will definitely be back with my husband.🤟👍🏻🩷

Had to order online even though we were inside the restaurant standing at the counter! Staff did not know how to apply or scan reward points for their new app so we could get points applied for our purchase?!? Receipts should have a scan option at minimum or be able to input phone number to get points applied. Something no one thought about before launching a new app?

You cannot login post the last update. Can’t reset your password. Java errors all over the place. And when you attempt to just order on the website you get an error because your email and phone number already have an account. It’s horrible and honestly irresponsible as a company to not do better. You are forced to call and order which limits your options. If your company direction is to not allow app or online orders. Kill the app and fix your website. Get it together Carol!!!
