Ziggi's Coffee 12+

My family and I love getting things from Ziggys. It’s a gluten-free and has many substitutes for other ingredients that we struggle with such as nondairy. But however, we do have this other issues that sings has not quite a dressed yet my family and I are very environmentally conscious and care a lot about recycling in composting. However, the labels on the Ziggys cups do not come off easily which makes the cups very hard to recycle. My thinking is if we replaced is labels with something that is easily removed, then we could all be happy.

Ziggi’s Coffee recently updated the app and the new version makes the user experience worse in my opinion. Rather than just having your card connected through the app, you now have a digital gift card that you have to reload any time you want to place a mobile order. I don’t like this as it’s extra buttons and extra time just for placing a mobile order. I usually am placing an order quickly before I need to leave for work and the clunky new interface of the new app design makes this a bit more inconvenient. They also got rid of tipping on mobile orders.. I think that’s incredibly unfair to the workers that have become used to seeing a certain amount of money on a given day with tips included. Taking away this feature surely will take away a significant amount of money away from your workers (you could argue that the mobile order people can just tip cash when they get there, but I mean let’s be real in a day and age where our entire wallets can be digitally on our phones who’s carrying around a wad of cash?)

Im sorry, but I don’t buy these fake reviews praising the new rewards and claiming they wont miss the punch cards. Its a huge step back for the loyal customers! Oh goody! Free drink once a year, instead on one every ten drinks?! Yeah right.
To be honest, how many people really hated the old system so much that they would rather get less for their loyalty? I have been getting coffee here daily for over 5 years, spent Hundreds of dollars on their products. I used to come here for the feel that they actually appreciated their patrons. This is not showing their love. Its showing the truth behind The owners franchising and getting greedy and needing to find more ways to make money.

This isn’t to say I hate the idea of the rewards or the App. Waiting in line has become a massive time eater lately. But I really liked the concept of “Buy 10 get 1” It was awesome!
You take that away, and force a buggy app on us and expect a few bogus reviews to make it okay?

I know im not alone, ask your staff how they much backlash they received this past week or two.
Its crap what you guys did.
The proof is in the downloads alone: last day for paper cards and only 80 people have the app on Iphone.
