Set your preferred language in your profile, filter meditations by language, and see translated titles and descriptions where available. Explore consciousness in a way that speaks directly to you.

This release introduces newly remastered versions of the Focus Level signals in the Timer, powered by the latest generation of Monroe Sound Science®, which uses a new, immersive 3D entrainment format powered by Dolby Atmos. These updated tracks also feature Gamma brainwave entrainment for enhanced clarity, awareness, and experience recall. Choose between the new Monroe Sound Science® versions or the original Hemi-Sync® tracks to suit your personal journey.

We’ve made several improvements to make your experience smoother and more enjoyable: Login Improvements: Fixed an issue that affected some users signing up with Apple’s “Hide My Email.” You should now be able to create an account without getting stuck. Streak Reset Fix: When a streak is lost, it now resets properly to zero so you can start tracking your progress accurately from the beginning. Improved Meditation Timer: The timer now remembers the last signal and background music you used, so it’s easier to return to your preferred settings. We’ve also added functionality to show information about the music used during meditations—this will support upcoming additions of composed tracks. Dashboard UI Enhancements: We’ve improved how meditation names are displayed, so longer titles will be easier to read.
