This is very unprofessional to your customers

I paid $19 for an app that promised to give me 800 number and didn’t give me nothing in return shows a number but you can’t receive or make calls on all it shows you is a number that doesn’t even work. This is very unprofessional. I want a refund for what I paid for. I don’t understand how can you make an app and try to make suckers autos your clients this is very unprofessional I am going to say this again. I am not happy. I will not read this please a half of star I’ve been calling since two days and emailing and they don’t even have a real number to get a hold of them. All you can do is send an email and hopefully somebody gets back to you this is like a scam call type of thing what I’m starting to believe

After I paid for the subscription NO NUMBER was given to me! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all! This is a fake app! Do not download! I have been trying no to cancel my subscription for the last 3 weeks and no luck!

Keeps saying I don’t have an account although I have a number and paid the yearly price. Can’t get it to work. Phone number beeps three times then says it’s busy.
