Doesn’t work, false advertisement

So excited when we saw the ad in our local consulate. The app claims that it will allow Indonesians to open an account from outside of Indonesia. Have tried more than 10 times to register from US, always got stuck on the OTP. Basically the OTP is never received on the US number. I would give this app negative 5 stars if I can for claiming something that does not even work.

Not working outside the country

I spent 2 hours to register online account from USA and kept failing , it’s not working at all , keep saying my data doesn’t match . App need major improvement if they want us to use their service , especially lots of Indonesian people who working outside the country .

Cannot Scroll for RTGS transfer

This issue pertains to the latest Livin’ app using my Iphone SE 2nd generation (2020), 4.7 inch screen running on latest IOS: I could not scroll down to fill RTGS information and could only fill until recipient status (individual/corporate etc.). Please update app so it is fluid that enable vertical scrolling.
