Updated Notification code base for a better user experience.

New code base update for better speed and performance

With this update you will now be notified of new posts within a group you are a member of, by subscribing and un-subscribing to your groups you can now manage which groups are more important and which groups you don't need to pay that much attention to. Also you will now be notified of any new posts created by a user you are following or friends with.
