I liked this app, because it was super easy to download photos and super easy to download your own music to the video. Where the other apps that I tried were very complicated, the only thing I would do to this app is add some better stickers and frames, and of course some other background’s

No help. No FAQ. No tutorial. Nothing on the app to help you navigate anything. If you want to add your own music and it only lists a few of your songs from your library, well there is no way to find out how to look up all of your options. You are on your own to figure it all out. Nothing to help get you started. Not even an intro. I spent what seemed like forever finding pictures then when I went back after looking for music, it looked like it had lost my pictures. Only after I did it the second time did I realize it had saved them. No instructions that let me know you can save your progress and come back later or name your slideshows. Seriously people. Give some kind of something. I deleted it. Just couldn’t access my entire music library it only selected a few songs and not the one I was making the slideshow for, so a waste of time.
Scammy. Impossible to reach “Settings” to cancel service. They are billing me twice for one account!

I mostly need this for LinkedIn business posts and it does not integrate well with that app. You have to download a huge file and then upload it with a laptop. Huge pain! It posts okay on other major social platforms. Furthermore I’m trying to quit and the app hides your account information so it’s very hard to do this. Lastly they recently started billing me twice for one account (that I’m trying to quit) so horrible user interface, scammy blockages to quitting and being ripped off. Argh. In the “Setting” section they turned off the ability to either cancel or turn off auto renew.
