I love this app and software! I opened my own salon and started with MoeGo at that time. It made everything so easy! Everything I need is in one spot (appointments, notes, sales, point of sale, messaging, etc). My clients have told me that they like how easy it is to book online and that the design of the software on their end is clean and smart to use. My business looks professional, even if I feel like I have no idea what I’m doing running a business. 🤣Another huge plus is that support is available 24/7. Anytime I need to ask a question, someone at MoeGo is available to help. I hesitated to go with MoeGo because it was much more expensive than other booking apps available. After trying out many different platforms, MoeGo was clearly the best to use. It was made specifically for groomers; I’m not trying to make a hairstylist app work for grooming. Just do it. Get MoeGo. You won’t regret it.

I really love the whole concept of this app. It really gives me peace to have it because mobile grooming scheduling is hard to keep up with, if you don’t have the app. They are always working on improving and they’re team is really helpful, they have 24/7 support and any question you have for any reason, you can just ask them in they’re support chat. They usually respond whatever doubt you may have pretty fast and are open to feed back to make our app even better! What I don’t like is their messages system. I wish we could still have an option to have the “auto messages option” but to redirect the message to the iPhone messages. I have an iPhone and have unlimited text but have to constantly buy text messages from MoeGo and they are expensive. The amount they offer is really limited compared with other apps that online book. I used to have a salon and the other app I used had 1500 included messages it was helpful because I also didn’t have a mobile phone, I used a comercial line phone and had an iPad for appointments. I do run a mobile grooming now and needed a mobile phone. If they give us that option it would literally be great because no other app like MoeGo for this job. ❤️ Very grateful this app exist.

Moego is a great grooming software app that can make it extremely easy to manage for those running a grooming operation. I came from two other grooming softwares so I was able to compare. Moego offers great benefits such as: - Smart scheduling - Electronic service agreements - Embedded or link custom intake forms - Great reporting - Stripe integrated payment processing with important custom tipping option - Option to defer convenience fee to clients which saves owners lots of money - Auto reminders and confirmations Some things that Moego still lacks - Seamless integration between desktop and mobile. Some features work great on mobile while others only work great on desktop. Getting a state of parity between the two is important - Lack of integrated Google reviews - No batch smart scheduling - option to click on phone number to text message clients directly. They want to push their SMS messaging So all in all it is a great app but still has a ways to go in becoming the premier grooming software in the industry. Would still recommend over others

Moego is absolutely amazing! It is efficient, modern, and essential for your grooming business!! Everything is fully customizable to your likings, such as intake forms, requirement to sign authorizations and have cards on file for no show and cancellation protection. It can send out multiple customizable reminders and confirmation texts, offers customizable online booking page, 24/7 help from a live person whenever you need assistance, such as helping you navigate the app, give tutorials, or simply talk about improvements. This app has saved me so much time between smart scheduling for mobile grooming (saving me time and gas with efficient schedule routing), an intake form requiring rabies info, 2 way texting. Moego also listen to groomers, and make this app happen because of groomer feedback. There is also an awesome moego community. Highly recommend this app!
