I bought two iPhones from them. This was my first time buying stuff from them I bought a iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 mini I bought both of them in excellent condition shipping was fast. Received a package on time. The 12 mini was in good condition. Didn’t see no scratches on dance phone working fine now iPhone 11 phone was great, but it was only one problem. It was an unknown part. I sent them an email telling them about it show them pictures they wanted me to return the phone. they said it was going to send me a replacement so I waited two days and never receive the replacement so I reach out send them a email tell them I never received my replacement phone they told me I have to ship the phone first before they can send me a replacement. that’s unheard of. Verizon never did that to me before they send me a replacement phone and they send me a box to ship the old phone back I thought plug tech was going to do the same thing. So I decided not to return the phone I went to Apple. They told me that the screen was fake and they replace the screen for me. No the iPhone 12 mini no complaints. Everything is good and it still work fine to this day. So I decided to purchase another iPhone phone plug tech. I brought me 13 promax in excellent condition. But my big concern was if I was going to get another phone with the unknown parts. But I didn’t. Overall plug tech is a good place to buy preowned phones but just remember and keep your eyes open when you buy these devices from Plug tech check the devices make sure you don’t get no notification saying unknown parts and remember if you do get unknown parts or anything happen with the phone you have to ship out the phone first then you have to wait couple of days for them to send you another phone or any other devices

I thought id take the time to write this review because there are so many apps that promise so much and deliver so little and this app is the complete opposite! The app/website is great and actually delivers the product they advertise,as advertised. I actually received the incorrect charger with my order, but within hours of contacting customer support they already had a new charger and a complimentary phone mount shipped on the way to my house, it is so rare nowadays to find such a authentic online business that cares for their customers and that is why they shall receive this lengthy positive review! (:

I had a really great experience purchasing from Plug. The process of buying my AirPods Max was incredibly smooth everything from browsing to checkout felt quick, easy, and transparent. What stood out most was how seamless the entire transaction was, which gave me a lot of confidence in the company.Because of that positive first experience, I didn’t hesitate to come back and purchase not one but two MacBooks and once again, Plug delivered. The ordering process was just as efficient, and everything arrived exactly as expected.

I’ve actually wanted to order from here, but my biggest concern is why not show the actual item that you’re selling if you’re saying slightly use and scratched why can’t we see how damage the item really is. My biggest concern is you purchase an item from here and apparently it’s a used item slightly scratch slightly used, but the actual item is falling apart after returning the seller states the item did not look like that and they refuse to give you your money back, so basically you would have gotten scammed. I just don’t feel comfortable buying an item that I actually cannot see that I’m purchasing. And no, I haven’t purchased anything from this seller, but this is also a concern for anyone that is thinking about purchasing.
