Outstanding pro/manual camera app. Upfront about not being free and upgrade is a very reasonable one-time purchase. I mainly just needed a camera app that would let me choose which lens to use so I could attach a Buschnell scope (Apple’s Camera app for some reason auto-selects whichever lens is covered by the clip!). Before I found this app I downloaded about 10 pro/manual camera apps that are “Free” in the App Store only to discover they require ridiculously expensive auto-recurring subscriptions. This app’s description begins with a disclaimer that it’s not free — I appreciate that so much — and at the time of writing this only cost about $6 USD (lifetime purchase, the other apps which weren’t even as good wanted up to $30/month!). This app provides almost complete if not absolutely complete control over every possible manual camera setting as well. It has an intuitive interface and an excellent quick intro tutorial. Looking through comments developer seems very responsive to making enhancements. I am so grateful for this developer for making such a such a high quality app, being honest about its cost, and not charging an arm and a leg for something that I probably only need a few times a year. As a professional photographer using pro gear for many years, I have switched to mobile photography for a challenge and to prove hardware is only part of the equation when photographing any subject. In my testing of the highest rated and highest downloaded apps for professional manual operation and overall ease of use and performance, I found this hidden gem!This is currently my go-to app that won’t disappoint me. When I set the available setting for 48Mp, it stays put where others fail and switch back in your shot. The sliders are easier to use and the settings a professional would expect given some limitations from Apple makes your workflow quicker and easier. You get real RAW and the UI is great! I’m looking forward to even more features currently in review by the developer.

So, I was searching for an app that could help me. My camera only zooms to 5x and I wanted more to do so I downloaded this app. Didn’t think too much until, easy steps to use WOW! Then I saw the range 20x NO WAY. I was in shock my iPhone is an 11 I was literally wow. But pointing out that I want to record in these please!
The perfect RAW photo option

I have an iPhone 15, standard edition, so my phone is unable to use the RAW photo settings that are accessible to Pro and Pro Plus iPhone models. I take a ton of photos of products, and it’s necessary for me to be able to utilize the camera on my iPhone to take the best product photos that I’m able to on an iPhone. The best photos are RAW photos, honestly I have no idea why or really what RAW means other than a direct translation. I tried several other pro versions of 3rd party camera apps that allow RAW photos to be taken but they all lacked one small feature or another, were not easy to use, were unreliable and charged $10+ each month if not each week. Pro Cam offers all the capability of these higher value camera apps and more and does so in a manor that a non-photographer can understand all for under $10 for a lifetime pass. This, these types of apps are what the App Store used to be full of before everybody realized they could pay weekly for an Ai app that makes them sound and or appear as if they aren’t the idiot they actually are.Thanks ProCam for keeping it real.
