I used courtesy pay as a line of credit “sorta” it’s not like I didn’t pay dearly for it. In just over 6 months I paid stcu over 5 thousand dollars. Yep that’s right… 5k. Using the courtesy pay. I was never told it wasn’t to be used unless of emergency… so why not use it especially knowing I was paying for it…. Dearly. After six months I get two letters in the mail one right after the next in a 48 hour time frame first letter saying don’t use it unless emergency not to be used regularly or something like that… The second one 48 hours later saying my courtesy pay was suspended. How wrong was that.. Didn’t even give me a chance to see that now that I know I’m not to use it like credit that I wouldn’t.. just up and cancel me. Then when I call and say hey what’s up that wasn’t fair… I get no where telling me it is revoked indefinitely. So great… I pay through the nose for it.. not knowing I was in the wrong.. then not even able to continue once things were made apparent. I’m a business owner.. and if I treated my customers this way I wouldn’t have many left after long. Hopefully someone with sense and enough Power from stcu will read this and see it’s not right as well and turn this around… I’ll update this post if that happens.,..

Could be more clear as to where the options for the card are, I.e where to change the pin and how to lock your card
