I have purchased almost 50 frames from Vooglam and they are all quality frames and the prescription is accurate if you accurately enter it. I want to suggest a member benefit for those who buy large amounts of frames at a time or maybe after buying 25 frames you get a certain amount off in addition to the coupons. Then after 35 frames you get a larger amount off in addition to the coupons, then 50 frames is a larger amount off in addition to the coupons ,then 100 frames you get any five for free. I just think loyalty should be rewarded! Thank you for the quality service I have received!!!

So I noticed another stylist like myself with stylish glasses. I asked her where she got them from and she told me about Vooglam! I just placed an order of THREE glasses. They have such cute glasses at such reasonable prices. But I found the website very difficult to navigate and trying to ask a question (if you can find where to do this) takes minimum of 48 hours for a possible I had difficulty understanding the report representative that finally called me I’d ask a question, she’d answer, but wasn’t really answering what I was asking. This went on about 10 minutes with her just repeating her answer. What would have been the best response for me is just go through the checkout process step by step etc if you have to wait 2 days or more for help from customer service than take the time to help me understand. I finally said thanks anyway and hung up so I wouldn’t be nasty or anything.
