I LOVE MY CREDIT UNION!

As a full-charge bookkeeper most of my life, I have had business with probably every bank around today and a lot that are out of business. I have never had such an awesome relationship with a financial institution as Rave Financial Credit Union. I actually get to go in and sit down with a manager or associate and feel like I have gone home for a visit. There is always a smile, cup of coffee or a treat waiting for me. I love the great care they take to keep their clients financially safe and informed in a way that is long gone in the past and unlike big banks that hold your incoming deposits for a few days before posting to your account, I receive my retirement checks two to three days earlier than some of my friends. Stop by for a visit and see why you should come home too.

Mobile Deposit Needs Work

The app isn’t too bad, feels more clean and modern then the last. But mobile depositing, which is one of my most frequently used features, seems to have been an afterthought. It’s hidden in the “more” tab where it takes searching to find, not right on the front page as it used to be. Also the experience going through the mobile deposit is much more time intensive. Now you must manually input the amount on the check, rather then it scanning and inputting it for you, then letting you edit it if it made a mistake (which it never did for me in the years of me using it). Another thing is the blurry image with instructions covering the camera so you can’t even see if the check is lining up properly. Lastly, if you have for the passed several years required people to write for mobile deposit only, please clarify if with the new system we need to continue doing this, or not. Because new users wouldn’t know to do it, and repeating users might do it when there is no need to.

Love the app, only complaint that I may have is the amount of details available on debit charges, I would like to see the phone numbers of the debits that I have been charging with, I know you can look at this by logging in through the web site but would be helpful if you could see all information on the app

Love banking with Mobile the service is amazing. You walk into a branch and they are on you and if busy they let you know they are sorry your waiting. But waiting sometimes is a good reason. It’s because people come just be patient and you will receive the up most professional service. Thanks Mobile for everything.
