App is location based

Pick your location wisely they don’t always pay what’s on the app most locations are “estimated times” so you’ll sign up for a job paying $125 and end up getting $86 🤦🏾‍♂️ if you have something or someone to take care of don’t make this app your only income just simply apply with stadium people and get every hour you sign up for and also Instawork is true to their word as well if they have a job for $125 you’ll get that and sometimes the job include tips so you won’t even have to touch the actual pay the only downfall is it’s weekly pay for the first few gigs.

Do Not work with Goat Foods Through Traba Florida

Goat Foods treat their Traba workers like slaves. I understand we are considered temp but what is a 5 minute break ( not even joking). They micromanage you to the core even if you are one of there best people. There is an air of condescending tone to that we should be honored to work there. Lastly you can feel the discrimination that they have on site. There is no equal opportunity diversity at this facility. Every single melanated person works as the underdog in the actual warehouse/ factory like slaves, while everyone up top in the office sector or the “higher ups, management, is of the Caucasian spectrum. It’s giving very 1960s vibes, when we are in 2022 almost 2023 and will not stand for it. Lastly when trying to speak your mind about their unethical practices they block you in the app. And Traba doesn’t really seem to care when you try to reach out to them probably because Goat Foods throws them a hefty check. Anyways you have been warned.

It’s been a year since I’ve been accepting shifts on Traba…Since then I have been able to pay my bills and save money plus enjoy life on my own time…people always ask me? Do I use any other app for jobs…I tell them there’s no need to Traba jobs are dependable and reliable…it’s all about impressing the owners & supervisors @ jobs…Traba just provides shifts & the rest is on you… if they like your work ethic on a shift the jobs will always want you back…much respect due to my Traba team…keep up the great job especially you Gonzalo 💯
