リハガイド - 介護従事者のためのリハビリマニュアル

リハガイドは、デイサービスなどの介護現場でリハビリを行う上で、介護従事者の方が抱える困りごとについての対応方法を紹介するアプリです。
介護予防や要介護状態の改善のため、リハビリは大変重要です。
しかし、理学療法士や作業療法士などの専門家がいない現場で、介護従事者の方がリハビリを進める場合、困ってしまうことはないでしょうか。
どのような運動が適切か分からない、栄養が十分か分からない･･･など。
でも、理学療法士や作業療法士、栄養士など他の職種の方とすぐに相談することも難しいと思います。
リハガイドはそうした困りごとへの対応方法を提案するため、多職種の専門家が共同で開発しました。
本アプリは令和２年度広島県地域医療介護総合確保事業により、広島県慢性期医療協会、広島大学大学院共生社会医学講座・精神機能制御科学研究室が制作しました。
◆リハガイドの特徴◆
・困りごとをそれぞれ基本動作、生活動作、口腔・栄養に分け、困りごとについて何が課題となっているか小分けにし、その課題に応じて具体的な対応方法を提案しています。
・それぞれの専門家が作成した運動メニューを画像付きで見ることができます。
・運動評価やリハビリをしている時の栄養についての考え方、栄養補助食品についてなど様々な資料を見ることができます。
・自分の調べた履歴を後からすぐに呼び出すことができます。
・一度ダウンロードすれば、その後ネット接続がなくても、介護現場ですぐにリハガイドを使って対応方法について調べることができます。

●基本動作
・ベッドから起き上がることが難しい
・椅子から立ち上がれない
・車椅子からベッドへの乗り移りができない
・屋内で歩くことが難しくなった
・床から立ち上がることができなくない
●生活動作
・スプーンを使用できない
・食べこぼしが多い
・調味料の蓋が開けられない
・排泄物を流さない
・立ってズボンを履けない、脱げない
●口腔・栄養領域
・口の衛生状態が良くない
・口が渇いて食べにくい、舌表面が乾いている
・食事中にむせたり、続けて咳払いをすることがある
・食べ物をなかなか飲み込まないことがある
・食事に集中できない
