I discovered this app after hearing about the owner’s story. Inspiring! I was told that this app is super powerful but you have to set it up to unleash its power. It took about 30 minutes to customize the app to my specific needs. Once that was complete, tracking has been so simple. The best part was finally receiving correlations about MY health that helped me make changes that have actually improved my health and quality of life. I can’t recommend this enough for people with chronic illnesses or nutrition concerns. Absolute life changer!

I was excited to try this as I have several chronic health conditions and it could certainly be helpful to keep info abt this in one place, especially symptoms tracking and medications. But last night when I woke up with symptoms I wanted to enter, it was a cumbersome mess that resulted in me giving up after 10 minutes of frustration with the app. It should be simple to click which symptoms you are having and timestamp them. Instead I was overwhelmed with a huge list of symptoms that had nothing to do with my issue and I wasn’t able to get that category to go away. When I finally thought I had added a symptom, it was just blank with a timestamp. I feel like this has all the bells and whistles, which don’t get me wrong, are great ideas, but if the basic concept doesn’t work smoothly then adding all the other things is just overwhelming and confusing. And I’m quite good with technology…I can’t imagine how people that are not would be able to use this.

This app has everything and more! As a woman who has multiple health conditions this has helped keep track of them all. It even will sync with the weather in your area (perfect for the health conditions that flare up with heat). I love being able to track where I’m hurting on an actually body image. There is also things to track how much liquid you drink etc. I like how nice it is to have my vitals and how I’m feeling and where I’m hurting all in one app that I can download or send to my dr to see. I can’t wait to see what’s next!
