Overall, the experience hasn’t been superb. It’s nearing that perfect balance between options, feel, upgrades, and use, but it’s not there yet. The app is buggy and took me a while to download each update. Keep receiving and using customer feedback to improve earbud user and sound experience and a five star review will be in this app’s future. And for God’s sake, please give us a more customizable equalizer experience. Overall happy with my purchase, but I’m excited for more options and better sound connection and quality.

i was skeptical seeing as this was this company’s only and first product, but these sound good! the app itself isn’t bad, but doesn’t really do too much either. nice that firmware is able to be updated. some reviewers want a single-tap control option, but that would generate too many false positives. i do love that these have touch, slide, and tap controls, makes them very versatile for their size. my only gripe is i wish the Tap & Hold control could be used to activate Siri, not just Noise Cancellation.***

***on further research in the FAQs, “No, ear (1) does not support voice assistants.” maybe in a firmware update? i usually only use Siri on my Watch anyway, so no big deal.

I purchased ‘nothing one’ a while ago… maybe 2 pairs of AirPod pros ago. I can always rely on them. I keep them in my bag, they hold their charge, they always connect. As I’m dicking around with now another set of pros trying to connect, i grab these out of my bag and boom instantly connect.. and surprise fully charged! Get rid of AirPods? I use them with my work phone which when they work taking a call on them is usually flawless and easy. Plus I’m a creature of habit. Plus i like apple products. I just hate their greed and destruction of our planet. Ok i like the ease of apple products i dont necessarily like them… ughhh how did i go down this road. Nothing is great! App is great!
