I’m going to get the SD card I ordered it online it should be here tomorrow hope in it’s here early enough so I can mess around with the camera and check it out. A lot of the reviews are pretty frightening but I’m thinking maybe save the video to the movie maker and edit clips from there on my iPhone so we’ll see what happens sometimes you have to be a little bit more creative ?I would like to say that I got the recommended SD card for it and I didn’t delete any photos for months and it’s still recording I finally just deleted everything today but I figured the SD card is probably full, but it wasn’t. I was really surprised how many hours I got out of it.

This app works. You can configure your camera and get videos from it, but it does have problems. The app prevents you from preceding with loading spinners everywhere. Why do I have to wait for the live view to load before I am allowed to go to my prerecorded videos? I also changed my camera’s password recently. It was a terrible experience. Pasting was not allowed, & the repeat new password field refused to accept input from autofill. I’m also disappointed with the security. If you connect to the camera using the default password, you should be required to change it immediately. My camera also leaves some things to be desired, but I don’t think it’s appropriate to review my camera here. This app also has a strange way of handling videos transferred to your phone. They are saved to your Photos app, but they are also saved inside of this app. These duplicate videos take extra space on your phone, so you will have to delete them from this app periodically, which will not delete them from Photos.

I bought 2 of these cameras over 2 years ago. They worked really well. As soon as I turned the vehicle on the phones would auto-connect to the camera’s wifi and connection to the app was instant as was evidenced by the time on the cam correcting itself. The time being updated is obviously extremely important as in case of an accident you have proof of the time it occurred. Sadly. Since iOS 26 this software was never optimized. The cameras still connect to phone via wifi and begin recording but each time now I must open the app and connect the camera manually to ensure the time is correct. This is an irritating, unwelcome and unnecessary extra step in my daily routine. What’s worse is that when I contacted customer support I was told “the cameras were never meant to auto-connected to the app”. Imagine selling a product and not knowing how it’s intended to work. Time to look for a more reliable brand.

So far I had no problems with it. From the beginning I treated it like it wasn’t worth a penny. So I put it inside of one of my Polaris rc 4x . I drove it three mud, and rain. It still work just fine. So now it in my work truck,which I am a over the road truck driver. Again. It look like it doing just fine.
