Why all the complaints?
I have had this now for about 6 months. When looking for a dash cam, this caught my eye. I saw a bunch of negative views (mainly gripes) but decided to give it a try as it had all the basic features I was looking for. I have had it for 6 months and have not found one thing wrong. I can review my segments, download them, share them and more. In fact, I was so pleased with it, I bought one for my son (who does more driving than me) and he has had no complaints with it. Don’t believe all the negative reviews you see on products as they may be looking for things that you don’t use.

Yes,you may call it a “beginner “ dash cam but up to now I haven’t had any issues with it. It gets the job done. I’m a delivery driver and use it all day!! What I’ve found out is that I pause the camera when I get off my truck to make a delivery and then hit play again it connects right away. I was having the same issues that other people have said on here about it’s taking too long to connect, But believe me it will connect faster if you pause it.
Can access videos, main screen will not open
When I open the app and try to connect to the camera via the Wi-Fi from the camera, the main screen that shows what the camera is showing will not open. It keeps on loading when I try to go to the recordings that’s supposed to be saved on the camera they keep on loading. I have to close the app out and delete it and it still keeps on loading And when it does open, it does not open all the files that saved on the camera and I am trying to get the app support to speak to somebody. I can’t get nobody to speak to every time I click on the app support it keeps on bring me back to where the app is. It’s not allowing me to speak to nobody.
