Inventory is now in the mobile app: scan QR labels, barcodes and NFC tags; receive deliveries against purchase orders (with serial scanning); pick lists with delivery sign-off (recipient, signature, photos); stocktakes and cycle counts; stock requests, borrowing from another job, returns (RMA); project and work order inventory with serials assigned by room. Works without signal. Screens you have opened stay available from the phone's copy; today's jobs are prefetched when the dashboard loads, so a label scan on site resolves offline. Counts, picks and receipt entries are kept on the phone if the app is killed. Counts, pick progress, delivery sign-off, Mark installed, Report fault, room assignment, stock requests and loans made offline queue up and send when the phone is back online. "Pending sync" in the menu shows anything still waiting or refused. Stays online-only on purpose: receiving, transfers, finishing a count, completing a pick, dispatch, undo actions, loans approval/return, RMAs.

Minor Update

Adding a customer address and ticking off installed products are quicker in this release. - Add a new site address while creating, duplicating or changing the address on a work order. Previously the address could not be saved from those screens. - Address search is back: start typing and pick the address from the Google suggestions to fill in the street, city, state or county, postcode and country. - The Add Address form now matches the web app: mark the address as the customer's primary address, add a phone number, and the country is preselected for your region. - If something is missing, the form tells you which field and keeps what you typed. - Installation tab: select several products and mark them installed in one go, with a Select all option and a floor or room filter. - Plus smaller fixes.

"Plan a visit" can book several people and several days at once. The labour calculator sits above Labour.

Work orders on your phone have been rebuilt to match the web app. - New work order page: a compact header with the customer and site address, a Preparing → In Progress → Completion stage strip, tabs, and Estimated / Booked / Actual / Travel hours at a glance. - New Overview tab with scope, visits, tasks, products, labour, notes, agreement and sign-off on one page. Changes made after the customer has agreed are recorded with a reason. - Book a visit straight from the job, with the option to notify the customer by email and text. The app warns you when that person is already booked. - New Installation tab: every unit to fit with its room, label and serial number, and an Installed tick showing who fitted it and when. - Kit & tools: see what to take for each job and the tools the crew need. The dashboard shows "Kit to take" for the day's visits. - Set the type of work, priority and the customer's preferred arrival window on a job. Teams can rename each type and give it a colour. - New work orders list: Active, Completed, Archived and Voided tabs, search, filters, "My jobs" and pinned jobs. - Add from project: search, filter by brand, system or stage, and select everything that is left in one tap. - Link a standalone work order to a project. - The app can now use your phone's time zone, so reminders and clock-in times match where you are. Change it any time under Time zone in the menu. - Tasks have a Mark complete button. Expenses can be filtered by project or work order. - Phone numbers on customers and contacts have a country picker and are checked as you type. - Plus many smaller fixes.

Timesheet Offline Functionality

Work orders on your phone now match the web app. • Editing a product in a work order no longer shows a blank screen, and totals add up correctly after adding products. • Change the site address from the work order again, with search across the customer's addresses. • Accessories are now part of work orders: see and edit them on each product, and add new ones from the product editor. • Assigning team members, the work details screen, converting timesheets to labour and the miscellaneous-item form have been redesigned for phone screens. • Images & Documents now works the same as the web: folders, search, list and grid views, and "show in customer portal" and "show in sign-off" controls. • Android: your running timesheet timer now shows on the lock screen and in the notification shade while you're clocked in, including breaks. • Plus many smaller fixes across the work order screens.

The app uses background location to prompt clock-ins on arrival at work sites and to share location with the user's team only while clocked in, controlled by the user in Settings ▸ Location & Privacy. Demo: log in, tap Clock In, lock the device to see the Live Activity timer.
