OvrC ("oversee") is a remote management and monitoring service for professional integrators of power, audio/visual, networking, and surveillance products. Works with products from brands like WattBox, Araknis Networks, and Luma. Ratings and Reviews
The previous version was better
When receiving an alert that a device is offline there is no way to find that device. The alert on the main client page is useless without a way to display the offline devices. There is also no way to sort devices by anything other than device name.
Domotz has this figured out, please make this better.

I don’t normally submit reviews but this last update is pretty bad.
Please just use words and not symbols/colors. This is a utility - not a dating app. It doesn’t need to be cute. Just useful.
Please just put the site devices on the landing page after selecting the site/customer. I know where my customers are how to get in touch with them - I dont need to see their address and phone number. Which reminds me - I’m not *ever* going to give you guys my customers contact info, so please don’t ask for a phone number.
Latest app is hit and miss
Love OVRC (old app), new one is great if it works, but way too often does not recognize my password and it won’t remember my credentials. Still using the old app 90% of the time. IPad version is much more reliable.
