I got back on this app after an looonngg hiatus. So long in fact that I wasn’t even aware they did surveys. Anyway that was about 4-5 months ago and I was trucking along and making very good progress & was very, very impressed. In the past week that has come to a screeching halt…..all of a sudden, no surveys available, can’t make my daily bonus because there are no viable ‘offers’ to meet that requirement. WHAT IS GOING ON UPROMISE!?!?! I was going to highly recommend this to some fellow surveyors, but not any longer.

This app will not allow me to reach $10 in order to withdraw and it says I might have to wait 7 - 45 days depending on my method. A lot of apps does this. Before you reach the goal a lot of weird things happen on person all the while it’s stealing information constantly while taking all of the time out your day. Before I reach $9, every survey I did went through immediately now all of a sudden I’m doing the same types of surveys and it says this isn’t available anymore but that’s after I’ve done the survey so it’s blatant scam. Do not download this app unless you love wasting time who wants to make $9 in 2 hours just for you not to be able to get ANYTHING in return. And don’t come under here talking about we are sorry blah blah blah give me my money for my time ASAP or I’m going the legal route and expose this scam app.

I like the program, but the surveys are making me absolutely irate, I’ve wasted two hours of my life trying to find one survey that would give me even a dollar. So the program is fine, but the surveys are worthless. I feel like I’ve been violated with how much of my personal information I’ve put in there and then not gotten credit for anything.

I used to use this app whenever I’d make an online purchase to see if the retailer was on upromise to earn college savings. I would search the store name in the app, and if it was in upromise, I’d connect to the store through the app and make my purchase. That changed a few months ago. Now there is no way to look up what stores are in upromise from the app and no way to connect to them and make my purchase. Very frustrating. And now I’m no longer using upromise from my phone which is where I make the majority of my purchases. I have no idea why they changed the app and have tried to contact upromise twice with no response.
