So I have been struggling to sleep at night. I having racing thoughts, racing heartbeat, i have brain fog, and I overall just stress myself out about small things that are out of my control. I recommend this app for anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, anything along those lines because this app doesn’t just focus on sleep, it focuses on mental health in general. The only downside is you have to pay, but there is a free trial! I would say the paying is worth it from what I have seen already. I need a way to manage stress and this is now going to be my go to. I never would do something like this before. It’s not something I thought was real. I’ve surrendered myself. I’m going thru a troubling time on many levels. This is giving me positive thoughts, developing routines, and I’m seeing results attributed to this app.

I will say I never thought I cared for apps like this until I started dealing with anxiety which has gotten far better since downloading and using Mo. I do love being able to download my favorite sounds but my only complaint (the reason for the 4 stars) would be the Apple Watch version of this being very limited. I recently started sleeping with my Apple Watch on to keep track of my sleeping and would love to see an update implementing your favorite sounds/tracks being accessible from the Apple Watch. Please, please, please make this possible! Hate having to grab my phone, start a soundscape, then having to control it from the “media player” and not from the Mo Apple Watch app itself.

My 5-year-old child accidentally made purchases in several apps while using my phone. Every other company I contacted handled the situation reasonably and issued a refund. This is the only app that refused.The issue is not the amount charged — it’s the approach. An application centered around mindfulness and well-being showed no flexibility or understanding in a clearly unintentional purchase made by a child. That contrast speaks for itself.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend interacting with this app.

Unfortunately, Apple does not provide developers with any mechanism to issue refunds. They also have full control over the financial transaction process and services.
This update contains performance improvements. We also added new meditations and bedtime stories.
