Welcome to the next generation of the Apollo experience.
We wanted to make your ride even better, so we took everything we learned and rebuilt the Apollo Scooters app from scratch. It is a fresh start designed to be faster to use and more streamlined, so you can spend less time looking at your phone and more time on the road.
Everything you need, in fewer taps. We focused on making the app feel natural and easy. You can connect via Bluetooth and tweak your acceleration or braking exactly how you like it. With the new Profiles feature, you can jump between your favorite scooter settings in a second. Managing your scooter is simple too: register your ride, update firmware, or flag your scooter as stolen if you ever need to, all in one spot.
Your command center. Turn your phone into the ultimate dashboard. Keep an eye on your live speed, battery life, and motor temperature while you are on the move. We have Google Maps integrated right in, so you can navigate without switching apps. You can also pause your rides when you stop for a break and attach photos to your trips to keep a gallery of your adventures.
Get rewarded for riding. Who does not love a little friendly competition? Track your stats to earn AMPs, XP, and Badges just for cruising. See where you stand on the global leaderboard and customize your profile with a photo and bio so the community knows who is who.
We have your back. The app is also your go-to tool for keeping your scooter in top shape. Get quick tips on riding and maintenance, or reach out for help whenever you need it. You can access live chat, submit a ticket, or find a nearby service location in just a few taps.
And for starters, it really bothers me that I had to except the prompt to have the app track me everywhere I go, even when I’m not using the app before I can even sign in. But on top of all that, even after I accepted all of the privacy violations, and attempted to login with my Apollo account, it still did not work. It kept saying my login was invalid, even though I was able to login before the most recent update, did not change my login, and that same login still function perfectly on the web. My wife’s scooter won’t connect to the app at all. I really enjoy my scooter, but the app experience is very disappointing to say the least.
A good start, needs work though.

I just got my Apollo Air Pro and love it. But this app seems incomplete. I have an iPhone 11. App connects fine, and the main functions work great, can set “gear” or speed, enable cruise control. What doesn’t work though is firmware updates. It shows an update is ready, I click it, get a spin y button then it just goes back to the button like nothing happened. Adjusting the brake power and acceleration slider seem like they work, but going back to that screen they go back to the center. Also the stats page in the app never updates. I’ve ridden the scooter twice now since I got it, both times I’ve recorded the ride but the ride history and statistics under “Activity” are blank. I feel like Apollo is going for an app Similar to Segway but far less creepy. It looks and feels great. I love the layout but the app just feels incomplete. I’m sure getting this app made has been expensive. It’s so close to being great, but it’s not there yet. Apollo has set its own bar high with its impressive scooter lineup. My Air Pro is half a step up from their entry level model and it’s so amazing. I can only engine what their higher end models are like to ride. My air is so much better than my former Ninebot ES3 or Horizon. Please keep up the great work Apollo. I’m a new customer and don’t regret my purchase. Wild love to see this app reach its potential.
Makes Scooter Useless

This is my third Apollo scooter and my second one that incorporates the app. I had minor issues with the second scooter and the app which I won’t get into. And more major unacceptable issues with my new Apollo Go. In short the app will not retain changes to settings for units of measurment or speed limit. I set the units of measurement to imperial but it keeps reverting back to metric either when I navigate out of the menu or disconnect and reconnect to the scooter. And I set the overall speed limit to 28mph but the settings for individual riding gears/modes will not allow changes. The Eco mode gets stuck on 6 mph, Comfort on 15 mph, and Sport on 22 mph. It doesn’t matter if I try to change those values higher or lower, the correct value will flash for a second and then revert to those stuck settings. I have reinstalled the app, deleted and re-added the scooter, rewatched the safety video that is required to initially unlock the scooter riding speed, reset the scooter to factory settings, and additional troubleshooting, all of which failed to solve the issue. I have submitted to help tickets to Apollo through the app and no response. Extremely disappointed that this mandatory app limits my use of the scooter AND makes it less safe while riding. My braking and acceleration settings are also on watch as I changed them for scooter #3 but the settings reverted to what I had for scooter #2 between rides. Apollo needs to solve this issue immediately and improve their customer service response time. I love everything about these scooters but a flaw like this nullifies everything else because there’s no way around using the app. Not happy, and I don’t recommend until this issues is marked resolved.
Where are the maps?

I like the app for a speedometer and a dash duplicator. As well as the ability to get into the settings and lock the scooter, and some of the other features. Unfortunately, one of the main or coolest features would be able to slide down the odometer and speedometer page and see you on a map to be able to track where you’re going, and to be able to head to a destination. I thought this would be the coolest feature having seen examples of it and all the videos from Apollo. But of course, with my brand new Apollo city 2022 on the map freshly downloaded an updated I see a blue dot on a black screen. Apollo, either have your map fixed or allow the app to interface with better map programs like Google maps, even Apple Maps as garbage, as it is, at least shows up. For such an expensive and well-made scooter,I expected the app to have had at least as much effort put into it.
The wait is over! We are stoked to introduce the all-new Apollo app. We took everything we loved about the original and rebuilt it from scratch to give you a fresh, faster experience. It is not just an update, it is a completely new foundation designed to get you on the road in fewer steps.
This version is all about making things easier for you. We redesigned the entire flow so you can get into your settings and start your rides way quicker than before. You can finally choose between Dark and Light modes to fit your vibe, and you can even pause your ride recordings or add photos to your trip history. We also added Quick-Switch profiles so you can save your favorite settings and swap them instantly. You can now make your profile your own with a bio and a picture, plus we made it even easier to get help through live chat or by finding service locations. Thanks for riding with us. We will see you out there!
