Very easy and flexible to use ONCE SET UP!! After that, pure stress! The sign in process for obtaining OTPs and Sync Approvals needs to be revised - for eg. if the app isn’t working, or I have a new device and doing the entire sign in process from scratch… I would sign in on the browser first but then they tell me I need the OTP from the app. How am I supposed to get the OTP from the app if the app is down or if I have a new device and my all my data is erased from previous phone? That logic is wild.You need to make the OTP accessible through email or text, or create a more secure alternative method instead of forcing you to call them every time. Another thing!!! Why, on the browser welcome page y’all have what seems to be a screenshot of a picture of where the app can be downloaded instead of putting actual WORKING BUTTONS to download the app? Like, are you guys serious? So many “Republic Bank” replicas on the App Store.Not to mention, I researched the people who built RBL’s app and you know what, that tells me all I need to know. But otherwise, again, once fully set up, very easy to use. 3 stars 🌟

Nice UI - streamlined with fluid transitions. Good layout of icons for frequently used features. Setup was not as smooth as it could have been but nonetheless I did not experience the same issues as others have reported. To be fixed: warning emails of duplicate sessions are being sent.

With the update, the easiest way to access this is to first login using the desktop browser and change your password. I used the OTP option on the app. After that, it’s smooth sailing on the mobile apps. The interface is better now. There are more options compared to the old versions.

This app continues to be disappointing. Today, the "Change Notification Channel" feature returns a duplicate session error—tomorrow it will likely be something else. The development process appears careless. Thorough functional testing should be conducted by multiple team members, following a comprehensive checklist. Every feature must be verified across all major devices before updates are released. Republic Bank, the app’s low rating should serve as a clear indicator that your development standards need significant improvement.
