The app and website don’t work, don’t bother trying to make an appointment on either, you will get through the form and then it will tell you there’s an error and you must call them and then they will tell you to use the portal when you call them and you’ll have the tell them it doesn’t work and they will doNothing about it

I recently used Bulwark Pest Management for a pest issue and had mixed feelings about the experience. The technician, Travis, was polite and did communicate well before arriving. He texted me when he was on the way, asked questions about the issues I was having, and discussed the palmetto bug I saw in my backyard along with some sugar ants we’ve been dealing with.He placed ant bait/traps in my garage and mentioned that he would spray the perimeter of the house. However, I personally did not see any spraying being done, aside from noticing some ant bait in the backyard afterward. I also wasn’t aware he had finished and left the property, and since my doorbell may not have been working, I wish there had been clearer communication before leaving.When I called the company afterward for clarification, I was told he could come back out, but I didn’t have time to wait around for another appointment that day. The supervisor I spoke with wasn’t very helpful and mainly focused on the $150 fee rather than addressing my concerns about the service itself.Overall, I just wish the service had been more informative and transparent about what was actually completed during the visit. For the price paid, I expected a little more communication and clarity.

Hi there, Mr. Hengerer was out to do my every other month bug treatment this week and went above and beyond. He was professional, kind and even helped lift heavy packages inside for me, that arrived at our front door(he didn’t want to spray the packages, which I am SO very grateful for his respect of our property and packages)! Either the app and website both don’t work, or their servers are extremely slow. I’ve tried the website on a computer. I’ve tried the website on my phone (on and off WiFi, along with on and off of a VPN). The browser just times out since it doesn’t receive a signal from the servers. I’ve tried the app but it doesn’t get past the spinning circle that indicates loading. Pest control services from Bulwark are much better than the app, so don’t let this be the barrier that keeps customers away!
