I recently submitted a text message to their office to schedule a retreat. In a very short period I received a phone call from the office at Bulwark to schedule the retreat in a timely manner. I always appreciate their quick response to my text messages. As well as we recently received service from a technician by the name of Chris Sneed who educated myself and my brother on treatments that are new that we were unaware of. He also took his time and addressed all areas we were concerned with. Plus he was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. He us a plus to the Bulwark family. Thank you to the staff at Bulwark for ALWAYS being friendly as well as professional. We recommend your company any chance we get.

The app and website don’t work, don’t bother trying to make an appointment on either, you will get through the form and then it will tell you there’s an error and you must call them and then they will tell you to use the portal when you call them and you’ll have the tell them it doesn’t work and they will doNothing about it

Wasn’t bad but wasn’t very great either

I recently used Bulwark Pest Management for a pest issue and had mixed feelings about the experience. The technician, Travis, was polite and did communicate well before arriving. He texted me when he was on the way, asked questions about the issues I was having, and discussed the palmetto bug I saw in my backyard along with some sugar ants we’ve been dealing with.He placed ant bait/traps in my garage and mentioned that he would spray the perimeter of the house. However, I personally did not see any spraying being done, aside from noticing some ant bait in the backyard afterward. I also wasn’t aware he had finished and left the property, and since my doorbell may not have been working, I wish there had been clearer communication before leaving. When I called the company afterward for clarification, I was told he could come back out, but I didn’t have time to wait around for another appointment that day. The supervisor I spoke with wasn’t very helpful and mainly focused on the $150 fee rather than addressing my concerns about the service itself.Overall, I just wish the service had been more informative and transparent about what was actually completed during the visit. For the price paid, I expected a little more communication and clarity.

Hi there, Mr. Hengerer was out to do my every other month bug treatment this week and went above and beyond. He was professional, kind and even helped lift heavy packages inside for me, that arrived at our front door(he didn’t want to spray the packages, which I am SO very grateful for his respect of our property and packages)! He’s the best!!! Thank you Michael

You can now explore and add extra protection right from the scheduling flow, including: Bee, Carpenter Bee, and Carpenter Ant treatments Snake Repellent Attic, Crawlspace, Fenceline, and Yard treatments Fly Treatment Each of these shows clear pricing, coverage details, and lets you add the service before your appointment is confirmed — no extra calls needed. Smarter Scheduling Appointment time slots are now matched more intelligently to find the best fit for your location and service pro availability. Bug Fixes Fixed an issue where the "Schedule Now" button on the Air Support banner. Fixed accounts occasionally showing up under the wrong profile after login. Fixed the security code email so the Bulwark logo now displays correctly. Adjusted the home screen alert so you'll see a "Still seeing bugs?" prompt (instead of a rating request) if pests return during your warranty period.
