Useless. Awful. Looks like it was made when the iPhone was invented. If you think anybody can use this app for any practical purpose—forget it. You’re going to have to spend the money and get a company to build you a 2022 user-friendly intuitive app.

Absolutely terrible app. Very outdated and none of the addresses seemed accurate for the water trolley. Took our family 30 minutes to figure out where any of the stops are. Some addresses for stops took us to random streets far from the river. Very stressful and confusing.

This app is a disaster! We spent so much time trying to figure out where the stops were / trolley was that we missed it multiple times. It’s confusing and inaccurate and you’re better off using the website and map and ditching the app.
