The app is pretty self explanatory and very simple, however I do wish that the locations were displayed in both the main screen of the calendar as well as when you click on the assignment as apposed to having to scroll all the way to the bottom to see where my location is that day. “Punch Clock Shift” section when you do click on the assignments seem a little unnecessary to be on top- I think the location of job for the day should also be displayed in the same area where “Scheduled Time” is- it would make it so much easier for everyone! x
GPS/Location Feature

The app has potential, but the GPS/location feature needs significant improvement. At my work location, it often fails to detect my correct location, preventing me from clocking in on time even when I arrive as scheduled. Clocking out as well which creates inaccurate time records.I hope the developers improve the GPS accuracy and provide an alternative way to clock in and out when location services or signal are unreliable. Fixing this would make the app much more dependable for employees who rely on it every day.

Please fix the times for shifts. I live in the pacific time zone. Posted times are in the eastern zone. I have to do a lot of extra steps to report when I work. And my latest shift was not reported bc I kept getting message that I did not share my location so I had to call everything in to RS support. While I appreciate the safety net, That is more unpaid work time for me.Had to call again bc my latest shift times were adjusted to even later times than they should have been. This should be an easy fix for IT and this app is not user friendly.

It isn’t laid out like deputy. It just shows two days of schedule then you have to click on the calendar to see the full schedule you also don’t have anywhere to see the approved for shifts done. As well as clocking in it reports you as being out of the area, which is not true I am in the area we have to clock in prior to entering under ground as the WiFi and connection takes a while and then before you know it you are later. It’s just not user friendly like deputy is.
