I haven’t been to sleep yet so I don’t know it works for sure, I’m sure I’ll forget to update this later though so better this than nothing, but even if I don’t succeed in Lucid dreaming it doesn’t mean that app won’t help someone else. Everyone is different, and even someone who has been able to lucid dream may no longer be able to, or may now be able when they could not before. The other us in our minds is nothing if not fickle, and they take a backseat for most of our lives so be respectful. Your subconscious doesn’t push your groggy morning conscious aside & start eating cereal you don’t like, so don’t just forcefully demand to take control over their part of the day. I know from experience that it has major physiological control of our brain. Make sure it understands this isn’t about not appreciating the dreams it crafts, it’s just about flying pretty much. No need to flood my brain with substance P, I’m still just the co-pilot controlling the stick, you’ll always be the captain, the mechanic, the flight crew, the ground crew & whoever else keeps this thing in the air. I’ve only been using the app for an hour, but based on the minor successes I’ve had with lucid dreaming in the past I expect to be solar-blading down Saturn’s rings with Galileo on my shoulders by next week. Most off the information lines up with what I’ve learned about inducing Lucid dreaming before & the techniques seem like they should help to achieve lucidity. I just hope I can stay asleep after I realize I’m dreaming longer than I have in the past. I always woke up whenever my head in my dream was in the same position as my head on the pillow. Idk if that’s just me but keep that in mind. Try not to align your equilibrium in the dream with your actual equilibrium. Got me every time
