I love the fan and remote but the connection to Bluetooth connection via iPhone doesn’t seem to work on either version of the app.

It seems people maybe don’t know how to connect it. I turned the switch off for a couple seconds, turned it back on, and then clicked the Bluetooth button in the app. It worked right away. So far the app works great with the fan. I do wish there was an option to turn off the “beep”.

Click on the Bluetooth tab on their app within 5 seconds of turning light switch on (not from the remote button). It took me a few minutes to figure this out. It adds the ability to fade light as well as other bonus features.

A lot of reviews don’t understand how to connect the Bluetooth which is understandable as it’s a bit strange.You actually have to go turn off the light through the light switch not the remote.Then turn it back on and within 5 seconds click the Bluetooth button on the phone device. (If you don’t know what button click on the left panel and look at instructions, it will show a picture of the button)I hope this is helpful. Also! Please make a silent mode, the beep is loud and annoying when clicking the option.
