Great product but app could use some major updates- cannot turn main light off with app to leave back light on- select rgb color is a pain and doesn’t correspond to what is shown in the appMany other little things that can be updated

First the remote never worked , then I figured out that it had an so called app. Not because the light came with any information because it absolutely didn’t. However no it will not connect to the light and I’m so done with this light. If it didn’t take me two entire days to get this thing installed I would throw it away. The only thing that saved this light from the trash is that it does look good, but believe me I worked for it. It definitely was not an easy install it was impossible to hang and I had to rig up this ridiculous thing that assisted me with holding the light while searching for the screw holes. I just don’t understand any part of this awful design or ridiculous app but at least it turns on and off , right 😑

Please fix this! ( pretty light by the way ! 😍 ) Okay, first thing to state is that the light is pretty and all, the remote works completely fine but it’s the app. You don’t really need to use the app but I’m the kind of person that wants to control easily without panicking that I lost the remote. Now this is the second part of the app, pairing. I seen some people do it easily with ease, but I can’t? Also, coming from someone with a iphone14 it don’t work. But it did work for my friend with a Samsung!!!??

I purchased this light with the intention of using the app to control it because the remote is cheap and flimsy. I downloaded the app and tried many times to get the light to connect with the phone app to no avail. Too bad because the app looks pretty cool to use if it only worked. There is no support in English… only Chinese. So far the light works great over my pool table. Not sure what I’m going to do when the remote control quits working. By the looks of the remote control it is just a matter of time.
