I know my device is safe for usage & my information is safe whenever I have to stay in constant communication &/or whenever I have to travel to care for family members.

Sometimes I’ll go to use my phone and for some reason, the Internet won’t work at all. And I’m over here wondering what the problem is. So I eventually delete virtual shield and suddenly my Internet starts working again. For some reason virtual shield only works sometimes and then other times it totally ruins your Internet and will not even Connect so you have to delete the app in order for your Internet to work. I thought I was behind on my bill or something for my cellular data but no, it’s the virtual shield app. Also virtual shield doesn’t work with older computers. They lied and said it was going to work on my computer, but it absolutely does not.

I have had Virtual Shield VPN for about 3 months. If you buy this, have a backup to go to when this one doesn’t perform - because it is going to happen and maybe often. If I had to do it over, I would not buy into this VPN. Yes, they will reply and be nice about it but bottom line, their product barely works and they basically put the responsibility on you as the user rather than working on their product. Just look elsewhere.

I’ve had this VPN for 3 years & started having major issues with it (locking out of internet usage on iPads) over the last year after I did a two-year renewal. You can’t call & speak to anyone —horrible customer service. So you have to spend two hours troubleshooting on your own to no avail. For the computer unsavvy like me, it’s a useless effort. When I try to cancel & get a prorated refund on their chat, I’m told they can’t do it. I’m stuck with this until December 2025. RIPOFF!
